[SOLVED] VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

Link to solved thread - Windows 8.1 BSOD caused by dxgkrnl.sys and/or watchdog.sys

What the issue was - 

- Latest video card drivers needed to be installed.

- AVG needed to be removed and replaced with Windows Defender.
