 - Asus bloatware needed to be removed.

- avast! needed to be removed and replaced with MSE.

What the issue was -
Kaspersky + McAfee were both installed on the system at the same time which implies interceptor conflicts. Both were removed and replaced with Windows Defender.

What the issue was - Modem drivers were too old to function with the OS, therefore a new modem with more up to date device drivers needed to be purchased.
