[SOLVED] MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS

Solved thread here - Vista: continuous blue screen followed by reboot

What the issue was - Symantec Real Time Storage Protection needed to be removed and was replaced with Microsoft Security Essentials.
