[SOLVED] DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

What the issue was - Unknown specific fix, however, the following were performed:

!avast removal and replaced with Microsoft Security Essentials

uninstalled 'some other applications'

updated 'some other applications'

turned off 'some services'
